How it works ?
Aloha uses blue light with scientifically defined wavelengths (480 – 500 nanometers) to gently wake you up. These blue light levels have direct effects on the secretion of melatonin (the sleep hormone) and on the level of alertness, allowing you to wake up at the best time of your sleep cycle, ideally even before the music of Aloha does not fire.
